題目:具延展性三維光子晶體壓力感測器
技術:光子晶體,奈米聚苯乙烯球製備,光子晶體自組
此研究主要是製作出具有彈性變化三維光子晶體的感測器,在光子晶體受到不同壓力下會改變光子晶體的週期結構,則肉眼會看到不同顏色的光子晶體,在校正後就可以藉由不同的顏色來判斷感測器所受到的壓力大小,以此達到本研究的目的 。

This research tries to fabricate a flexible 3D photonic crystal pressure sensor. When the photonic crystal endures different pressure, we can see different colors of the photonic crystal. After calibration, we can know the pressure that the sensor endures by different colors.
