Title: Fabrication of monodisperse bubbles

This work presents an approach to generate monodisperse gaseous microbubbles by microfluidic flow-focusing device. Bubble sizes can be determined by the flow rate of liquid, gas pressure, and the viscosity of liquid. In this experiment, PDMS is chosen for the material of microchannels. Using gelatin as dispersed liquid and air as dispersing agent, bubbles will then be collected in a disk-like reservoir. It can be used for biological applications.
