題目:高分子可撓式平板型熱管
技術:微機電系統製程,微結構力學,流體力學。
利用高分子良好的翻模特性以及配合微機電技術,做出微流道和的毛細結構,並填充適量的工作流體製作平板型熱管;藉由實驗的量測,可得知工作流體在微流道內的體積、流速和曲率變化,從而探討微流道內的毛細現象。
Title: Flexible polymer as flat plate heat pipe

The flexible flat plate heat pipe was fabricated of polymer and the wick structure was fabricated by MEMS process. The working fluid was injected into heat pipe as the medium of heat transportation. By experiments, the volume variation, velocity variation, and curvature variation of the working fluid were observed. The capillary motion in the micro-channels was then complete described.
